Since ebenefits is an application, there is a need to recreate the application to enable the ebenefits interface. Most often, this cannot be done as the application has just been disabled. This could happen because the browser crashed or your computer restarted unexpectedly after adding a particular add-on. If so, click on the following link to continue. To reinstall eBenefits, first of all, you have to create a custom DSN file for your ebenefits website. It will be used to log into the ebenefits website. Ebenefits clients also use the DSN file to log in to the benefits administration interface. Creating the ds logon can be done from the dashboard of your ebenefits installation. Once you have created the ds logon, you will be able to log in to the benefits administration panel.
Now, to login to the ebenefits premium account, you can use the “Log in with… (or log out from the ebenefits premium account). To do this, go to the control panel area. Under the General tab, you will see a button labeled “OAuth2”. Click on it. A new window will open.

To create your zoom area, follow the instructions for Creating Zooming Panel. On the bottom right corner of the page where it says ” Zoom”, click on “New”. Type a name for the new panel and then click “OK”. A preview will appear of the new panel. Select “Public Profile” as the password for the new panel.
Type your e Benefit user name and password for the new panel. Once done, you will then be directed to a page where you can change your password. Use your previous password to enter your new password. Do not sign up with your email address.
After changing the password, return to the “My Areas” page. You will see a new area where you can manage your e Benefits. Click on “My Areas”. On the right side of the page, there is a link labeled “Change passwords”. The link will take you to a page to type your user name and password for the new area. Next, follow the instructions to change your password.
